Epiphanies Part III

Never ask God (the Universe or your Higher Power) for more. The current version of you already has everything you could possibly hold. You are filled to the brim. Instead, ask God for a bigger container and recognize what you already have. To expand beyond that, you must become a new version of yourself.

Hoarding signals to the Universe that you are insecure and financially unstable. It says, "I hold onto things I don't like just in case I need them one day. I have so little faith in myself that I don't think I could buy what I really want, let alone replace what I actually need." Ironically, it's the people who walk around with the most stuff on them that have the least. This is directly correlated to humans' subconscious desire to hoard. Get rid of the stuff and you're already integrating the new you and putting space between the old version.

Time flies whether you're having fun or not.

The Sales Profession is a lot like surfing. You have to be completely in alignment with that energy to get your desired outcome. If you're even slightly out of kilter, you'll miss the wave entirely. But on the flip side- when you're in alignment- the waves ride you effortlessly.

"Lord, grant me weak eyes for things that are of no account and strong eyes for all thy truth." - Soren Kierkegaard

To truly heal from trauma, you don't need to relive it by talking about it. You need to experience more times where you're safe, loved, and accepted than all the times you've been abused. That is how you heal from trauma.

It is much easier to listen to your body and practice doing what feels effortless rather than going out of your way to create problems for yourself. As humans we tend to create all these obstacles just to overcome them, thus expending all our viable energy just to stay at baseline.

Slow down. Slow your conversation down.

If you're a woman with money issues, you're not alone. You've been taught that you are to blame for your inability to maintain a well paying job. What you weren't taught is that all the well paying jobs that were historically taken up by women, the guilds, the landownership, was systematically taken from us, turning our careers as midwifes, female doctors and health experts into a criminal charge, and switching predominantly female careers like doctors to now male-assumed careers of modern times. Capitalism would not survive without your unpaid household labor. Check your natal birth chart for your black moon Lilith and eros. Together they show you where you have been stolen from and suppressed, and cohesively where you will be liberated and enlivened.

30 years ago a single woman could not buy a home by herself. No bank or institution would loan her the money for a mortgage- no matter how much she made or how good her credit score was.

Eliminate the words in your vocabulary “need” and “want.” Instead of need, say “I require.”

I require the highest quality material. Instead of saying want, say “I desire.” Need and want are words of lack.  They drain your energy. Desire means to birth or to -sire something into reality. Notice the shift in energy when you don’t say the words want or need. As you choose more empowering words, it’ll actually elevate your energy and make you feel more confident about yourself. What you desire and require you do deserve. Smile about that.

"Your personal experiences with money make up 0.00000001% of what's happened in the world, but maybe 80% of how you think the world works."- The Psychology of Money

The amount of money you make is directly correlated with how much value you bring to others.

If you’re a buyer’s agent, you have something that homebuyers don’t have, and that’s time to look at properties. Get to know your product. Preview every single home in your territory. This way when working with a buyer, you can say “that home looked good on Zillow but it didn’t have the right layout,” “that home smelled like cat pee. Don’t waste your time,” or “that home would be perfect for you. I’ve seen every home in the area. Considering what you want and what’s best for your family, that house is the one.”

If you hate everyone, eat some food. If you think everyone hates you, take a nap. If you hate yourself, take a shower. I live by these rules.

Dearest Women, your body is an instrument, not an ornament.

Becoming a good writer is less about writing and more about becoming a keen observer.

What is patriarchy? Patriarchy is the fact that if Harry Potter was written about a female named Holly Potter-with her two friends Rachel Weasley and Henry Granger- the book would be reduced to a frivolous fantasy romance rather than becoming an international sensation.

Relationships: Karmic, Limerence, Dharmic

Shakti and Shiva: The Essence of Dharmic Love

In Hindu philosophy, Shakti and Shiva represent two complete energies uniting as one, the essence of a Dharmic union. Relationships are fundamental to human growth. Our first relationships are usually Karmic. We get into relationships with people who push our buttons or push us to fix and heal something within ourselves that we might not have been aware of. Limerence is an extreme attraction to something. Have you ever had a type that you were attracted to, for example, I was super attracted to the funny guy who was super secure in himself, you might be attracted to artists, and it's because we're projecting what we really desire and actually have within ourselves onto someone else. I also want to talk about historically how women have felt the need to find a man to provide financial security. But once you become that financial security yourself, who you're attracted to will change. When you become and awaken these aspects in yourself, and when you no longer "need" someone to complete these aspects of you to make you whole, that is when you step into a Dharma relationship. In a Dharma relationship, two wholes come together to usher in a new wave of consciousness effortlessly, naturally, to our planet. Today, I want to talk about three different aspects of relationships: Karmic, Limerence, and Dharmic.

When you find yourself attracted to men or women who seem to trigger your deepest insecurities, you are likely entangled in a Karmic relationship. These aren't meant to be your happily ever after. Instead, they act as a mirror, reflecting the unhealed parts of your psyche. If you find yourself repeatedly falling for partners who abandon you, ignore your boundaries, or require constant fixing, it's a good time to take a look at what the universe is guiding you to heal. The lesson here is to stop looking outward for validation and to start cultivating that worth within yourself.

The Illusion of Limerence

From there, we often stumble into the trap of Limerence. This is that intoxicating, obsessive infatuation where we put someone on a pedestal. But here is the plot twist: you aren't actually in love with them; you are in love with a projection of yourself.

When I was deeply attracted to the funny, fiercely secure guy, it wasn't just about him. It was because my soul was craving that exact sense of humor and security within myself. If you find yourself chronically infatuated with artists, free spirits, or hyper-successful tycoons, ask yourself: What quality do they possess that I am denying myself permission to embody?

The Evolution of Choice: From Survival to Soul

This shift becomes incredibly obvious when we look at our material world. Historically, women were conditioned to seek partners primarily for financial survival and physical security. When your baseline motivation is "I need someone to take care of me," your radar will naturally tune into providers, even if they aren't an emotional match.

But look what happens when the script flips. Once you become your own financial security—when you pay your own bills, build your own empire, and hold down your own fort—the old checklist crumbles. You no longer need a transaction; you desire a connection. When survival is off the table, your attraction elevates from a place of lack to a place of alignment.

Stepping Into Your Dharmic Relationship

When you finally heal the karmic loops, reclaim the pieces of yourself you were projecting through limerence, and secure your own foundation, something miraculous happens. You stop looking for a missing puzzle piece because you realize you are already a complete puzzle.

This is the gateway to a Dharmic relationship.

A Dharmic relationship is not about two halves desperately clinging together to make a whole. It is the collision of two fully realized, whole individuals. There is no codependency, no subconscious testing, and no desperation. Instead, you come together effortlessly and naturally. A Dharmic union doesn't drain your energy; it multiplies it, creating a peaceful, stable baseline that actually raises the consciousness of the planet just by existing.

So, take a look at your current relationship patterns. Are you healing a debt, chasing a projection, or building an empire of conscious love?

Beating the Devil: Drifters vs. Non-Drifters and the 6 Basic Fears

In his book Outwitting the Devil, Napoleon Hill describes "drifters" as people going through the motions of life, motivated by one or more of the 6 basic fears.

These 6 basic fears, which Hill first outlined in Think and Grow Rich, are the fear of: poverty, criticism, ill health, loss of love, old age and death.

Drifters

The younger a person is when the seed of fear is planted, the easier it is for the devil to control them in this hypnotic state. Time does the rest of the work. According to Hill, 98% of people are drifters. Only 2% are non-drifters.

Two of these fears are the devil's favorites: the fear of poverty and the fear of death.

The fear of poverty robs people of their freedom, making them settle for comfort and security rather than taking risks and following their passion. They worry about money constantly and cling to mediocrity. They become dependent on jobs and institutions, focusing on survival instead of creation. The devil poisons their minds with indecision and pseudo-lack. This leads them to live out the very poverty they fear so much, both spiritually and financially.

The fear of death is just as insidious. It causes people to suppress their authentic selves and blindly obey authority figures. As a child, I was terrified of death. When I was 5, I got nail polish remover on my lips and truly thought I was going to die. That paralyzing fear was one of many experiences that led me to blindly follow authority, and it ultimately led to my rebellion against it. I realized that the people I thought had my best interests at heart were often only protecting their own interests and status. Because I gave my power away, I was vulnerable to betrayal.

You tend to bring what you fear most into reality.

Religions have used the fear of death to control people, leaving them full of shame and guilt during their actual lives and teaching them that real life (heaven) starts when they die. People who follow blindly are, in a sense, waiting to die before they start living and enjoying life. I don't believe that's what the Creator wanted for us. That said, I'm grateful I had such a loving and communal church growing up.

The fear of death is really the fear of the unknown. It runs so deep in society that people do its dirty work for it. Schools teach rigid obedience and memorization of a single narrative instead of teaching children to ask questions about the most important subject on this planet: themselves. Religious institutions instill fear of punishment and of the devil, suppressing divine expression and freedom.

Politics keeps people divided by creating "others," or false enemies.

Modern medicine often teaches us that our health is out of our control, waiting until we're sick to prescribe medications that can bring problems of their own. What we're rarely told is that our mindset and stress play a much bigger role in our health than we realize, and that the Creator gave us a remarkable ability to regulate ourselves toward wellness.

Status without self-mastery leads to corruption. Love, when uncontrolled, clouds judgment.

The other four fears work more quietly, but they keep just as many people drifting.

The fear of criticism keeps people small. It makes them dress, speak, think and even dream the way others expect them to. They hide their art, their ideas and their true opinions because they worry about what people will say. The fear of criticism kills creativity and initiative before they ever have a chance to grow. Most people who criticize you are simply projecting their own fears. The only opinion that can truly hold you back is the one you hold of yourself.

The fear of ill health keeps people anxious about their bodies instead of connected to them. They worry about every symptom, expect the worst and hand over all responsibility for their wellbeing to someone else. Worry itself becomes a weight on the body. When we care for ourselves from a place of love instead of fear, we become active participants in our own health.

The fear of loss of love leads to jealousy, people-pleasing and settling. People stay in relationships that drain them, abandon their own needs and shrink themselves to avoid being left. They mistake attachment for love. When you learn to love and value yourself, you stop clinging, and you begin to attract love that is freely given rather than anxiously held onto.

The fear of old age convinces people that their best years are behind them and that time is running out. It makes them stop learning, stop dreaming and stop taking chances because they believe it's "too late." But wisdom, clarity and self-knowledge grow with time. Many people do their most meaningful work later in life. Every age is an invitation to begin again.

Non-Drifters

To beat the devil and become a non-drifter, you must have a strong, defined purpose. That purpose creates a hypnotic rhythm in a positive direction, leading to connection with God and Source. Non-drifters with a definite aim aren't easily tempted by status, instant gratification or the gimmicks people use to numb their fears.

Don't be easily coerced or distracted. Don't get swept up in trivial matters the way drifters do. Be definite in thought and action.

10 Principles of Non-Drifters

  1. Do your own thinking: Our thoughts are the one thing we fully control, so don't hand them over to anyone else.
  2. Definiteness of purpose: You must have a clear, specific goal. A non-drifter knows exactly what they want and has a plan to get it.
  3. Learning from adversity: Every failure contains the seed of an equivalent advantage. Non-drifters don't quit when things get tough; they pivot and learn.
  4. Control of environmental influence: You become the people and environments you spend time in. Non-drifters choose their Master Mind group carefully.
  5. Time management: Time is the only real capital we have. Non-drifters treat time as a sacred resource and don't let it slip away on drifting activities.
  6. Harmony: Act in harmony with your own values and with the laws of nature. Conflict between your goals and your actions creates the drifting state.
  7. Caution (the thinker's habit): Think before you act. Non-drifters analyze the why and the how rather than jumping at every shiny opportunity.
  8. Decisiveness: Indecision is the primary symptom of a drifter. Non-drifters make decisions quickly and change them slowly, if at all.
  9. Hypnotic rhythm: Habits become permanent over time. Non-drifters use this law of nature to automate positive habits so success becomes inevitable.
  10. Absolute faith: Not necessarily in a religious sense, but a firm belief in your ability to achieve your definite purpose.

Epiphanies Part I (Updated Regularly)

If you’re constantly reinventing the wheel, you’ll never obtain mastery and will always remain a beginner. Hence, jack of all trades, master of none.

“If you seek, you shall find,” means stop seeking when already found an answer. Just because you don’t like the answer, doesn’t mean to keep seeking. Make peace with the answer, and ask the next question.

Create systems of action and methods of thinking. Make success inevitable. If you do this, by default you will accomplish your goals.

God wouldn't create a world in which your happiness depended upon attaining something impossible. Therefore, God wouldn't create a world where some problems are harder to solve than others. The ego hears this and screams, "Nonsense!" It has bruises and stories to prove it. But these stories are a distortion of reality.

Fear and need are the cornerstone of dependency.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ's) should always be checked out. Inside are questions that you may not even know to ask. You don't know what you don't know. This especially applies when planning solo trips, camping, traveling, etc.

If you feel you are lacking something in this world, you must give it. For example, if you go to the beach every morning, and you feel like no one says hi to you or acknowledges you, you must say hi and acknowledge others. If you feel you are lacking love in your life, you must give love. If you feel you don't have respect in your place of work, you must give respect. Do not let cracks in your energy field allow negativity to set in.

The people you see that are always welcoming and kind to everyone may not have naturally been like that. Some have had to work hard at being a kind person. Do not think where you lack that other's have been blessed since birth. This is a fallacy that creates a barrier where there is none. Everything you want to be is attainable by conscious choice and awareness.

If you're looking for a partner who is like you in every way, who has the same maturity, ideals, and tastes as you, and every single person you meet fails these expectations, you're not looking for someone outside of you. You're looking for yourself. It's time to face your inner demons, reconcile with the feminine that you abandoned for the sake of appeasing the masculine, and be still with yourself. Again, you are looking for yourself.

Men are taught to apologize for feeling. Women are taught to apologize for shining.

If someone was really truly following their dreams, they would never insult or belittle you. Because someone accomplishing their life goals would know how difficult the journey is. If someone's insulting you, that's a major red flag that they're not what they pretend to be.

Scenario:

I'm angry about ways I felt neglected by my parents growing up.

Who has the problem? Where does the issue lie?

It lies with me. I have the anger. My parents don't have the anger. My parents aren't even thinking about 20 years ago. When you understand that your negative emotions come from you and you only, it's liberating. You're no longer living from the victim mindset- the most disempowering lens to view life with. By becoming aware- and just that and nothing else- not judging, not idealizing how you should be, or what you should be doing next, you release yourself from the bondage of the illusion that other people can affect you. You've been maintaining this illusion at the cost of your personal power and freedom.

Governments: Communist, Republic, Nationalist, etc. are only as good as the hearts of those using them. Likewise: Demons, Fairies, Ghosts are only as good or evil as those labeling them.  You can branch this off into any topic: Whites, Blacks, Chinese are only as good/bad as the people labeling them. When you label things, it gives a great insight into your heart, and says nothing about the thing you're labeling.

If you feel tired, dense, and lethargic today, there's a 10/10 chance you'll feel good tomorrow. Don't put too much thought into it- you're not stuck like that forever. Similarly, if you feel good today and don't move your body to maintain your strength, you'll almost certainly feel dense and lethargic tomorrow.

Don't confuse being sedentary with happiness.

If you're annoyed with your customers, you're not charging them enough. Be careful- the universe might be listening, and assume that's what you value your work to be.

Never underestimate the satisfaction and rejuvenation a shower will bring you. And a bath is twice as good.

There are more words in the English dictionary that describe negative things than there are words that describe positive things. We should be praising the youth for coming up with positive words like dank, dope, woke, good vibes, etc. - not shaming them.

Yeshua (Jesus) didn't die on the cross for our sins. I believe we were told a lie that all we have to do is believe in him (and do nothing else) to be "saved." This perpetuates the false matrix. This is what I believe: The Christ- the higher way of being/ the Truth- who was persecuted, killed, and reborn is a metaphorical representation for us to emanate during the current splitting of timelines and end of the false matrix. It is our call to be like Christ. Those perpetuating the false matrix will attack our rising consciousness, our truth, our higher way of being. We will be attacked by those holding the lower frequency of fear, anger, and density. They may even kill us (Charlie Kirk). Yet we rise again- ushering in a new way of life with love. Yeshua's life, death, and rebirth shows us how to recognize, on a macrocosm- the death of the old era- and on a microcosm- the death of your old self: bad habits, self-loathing, illusions, etc. And to be reborn again with even higher light, love, and consciousness.

When you realize that all of your problems come from you and your ego- sometimes in overt ways, sometimes in covert ways- it liberates you. If your ego causes all your issues, and no one else is to blame, that means no one else will save you. It shifts the power dynamic back where it belongs- to you.

We're not scared of the unknown. If we were, it would make reading a novel a harrowing experience- not a relaxing one. Our ego doesn't like not knowing what to do next, so it creates a wall of fear in front of you. However, the wall is holographic; you can walk right through effortlessly and unscathed.

Don't mistake anger for passion. Don't mistake anger for caring. Anger debilitates us from seeing the situation in an unbiased way. We can't take the next right action if we're emotional about it. Contrary to how it sounds, learning to stay unemotional in times when justice is needed actually makes you more capable to help the situation. The less emotionally polarized you are, the more compassionate you can be to help your fellow man.

If you don't currently have any good ideas, it's because you didn't take your previous good idea as far as it needs to go.

Messy environments and looking disheveled zaps your energy.

It take a lot less effort to put in the work to be hot (for example: exercising, wearing clothes you feel attractive in,  having good posture),  than to spend every day self-loathing.

Anyone who makes you breathe deeper is a good person to have around you. Likewise, anyone you breathe shallow around shouldn't be kept closely in your life.

The world is sick from the widespread use of "or," a word designed to create halves of us. It teaches a man he must be masculine or gentle, and a woman that she must be feminine or a badass, creating the illusion that one cannot be both. When we replace our "or's" with "and's," we step into our wholeness. I am masculine and feminine. Embrace the entire spectrum.  You'll stop looking outside of yourself to fill a void that was partitioned off by a false choice.

If you look for things to be in awe of and expect radical epiphanies, you'll experience a whole lot more of them. On the flip side, if you look for things to be afraid of and expect tragedy, you'll find many things to be afraid of, and you'll justify your fear with your past experiences.

Cheating in school shouldn't even be a thing. What does the phenomenon of cheating tell us? That there is a gap in both the subjects taught and what's expected of students. Have we misled students into believing that passing the test is the most important aspect of learning? If the teachers fundamentally miss the point of learning, then punish the students who believed that passing a test is all that matters, it's a flaw in the system.

When you observe negative phenomena, it reveals where there is a gap in the society as a whole. Things become obscured to us when we're surrounded by it everyday without questioning it. For every negative thing-war, murder, crime, etc. - ask, "Where is the gap in the thinking that caused this to even happen?" You'll typically find it in outdated systems  that have not been questioned. The systems may have worked for a different time, but as we grow physically, economically, and socially, we can no longer take systems at face value and perpetuate them.

When a woman says she has a spiritual problem, she actually has a sexual problem. Likewise, when she says she has a sexual problem, she really has a spiritual problem. In keeping with this line of thought, if addiction is a "spiritual malady," what does that say about addiction?

The only energy that vibrates higher than love is authenticity.

With everything you do and think, ask yourself, “Does this make me feel contracted or expanded?” Things that make you feel smaller have no place in your life anymore, even if they previously held significance.

Give a woman clothes, and she has one good outfit. Teach a woman how to make clothes, and she has good outfits for her and her children's entire lives.

Limitations set you free.

Boredom is a disconnection from the self.

A weak woman tries to do it all herself. A strong woman knows when to ask for help. And a wise woman delegates.

It's much harder to abandon your inspired idea and continue going on doing what you have been doing, than it is to allow the idea to be birthed through you. The idea wants to come through; you just happen to be the vessel. And the more you fight it and try to keep it unborn, the more it will haunt you and torment you until you bring it to life.

The rapture that the Bible speaks of has been grossly misinterpreted. The rapture is actually the splitting of the timelines. Those who are of the "kingdom of God" are those who are on the higher timeline. The higher timeline consists of light workers, people who consciously choose courage over fear, practice acceptance, and choose to be a co-creator of their life. People on the lower timeline are those who need more time to grow out of old habits and who project their issues from a place of insecurity, rather than being aware of themselves. One is not better than the other. Those "left behind" in the lower timeline just need more time to learn the lessons their soul needs to evolve.

Not everyone will like me. But not everyone will hate me either.

I consciously choose love over fear 10/10 times. I integrate both my masculine and feminine qualities, always supporting others to feel empowered in both of these energies, too.

Insecurity births all evils in the world.

Only when I stop reinventing the wheel do I have room to use my gifts.

I once saw problems everywhere. I now see possibilities.

Humans live life in reverse. We think outward action is greatest: that our actions are stronger than our words and our words stronger than our thoughts. This is why we do not speak our resentments aloud. We keep them inside, unaware that we are poisoning the well. That poison will either kill us slowly, or one day erupt with a force far greater than the original offense.

Black Friday is actually for the businesses benefit, not the consumer.

Don’t allow a narcisstist to defend themselves under the “cloak of ignorance.”

If you are a cheap parent, you’ll get a cheap child. If you are a CEO parent, you’ll get a CEO child. Don’t be a cheap parent then blame your child for not being a CEO.

It is time to stop searching for water where there is none. Invest that energy digging a well elsewhere. When you start fresh on your own,  you won’t have forces actively sabotaging your progress, and you get to be born anew.

Only by accepting abuse do you perpetuate your role as the peasant. But when you leave to build your own kingdom, everyone will see you as the loving queen you are.

There’s nothing artificial about intelligence.

Ask yourself regularly, “Am I blocking progress by entertaining a fantasy of greatness?” The ego “protects” you on the grounds of potential. Don’t let this delusion block you from the daily discipline of seeming grunt work. On the contrary, this is how you will actually become great.

Slow is smooth and smooth is fast.

If you bond with your child, your child will likely share your values and beliefs. If you don’t bond with your child, they’re likely to pick opposite values.

In a healthy family, the child will never need to go out of their way to uphold the relationship with the parents. If you find yourself struggling to initate a bond with a parent, this is a red flag about the parent.

Disgust requires expenditure of energy. which means you're giving up some of your power. Some people don't even deserve your disgust. The healing starts when you've become indifferent.

Betrayal

Betrayal is one of the deepest wounds we can experience. It shatters our reality and forces us to build walls. But what if the wall we build is just an illusion of finality? What if it's the very thing designed to wake us up?

How Betrayal Hurts You

Betrayal hurts you in unseen ways. When you give your trust to someone, especially when that is the only person you have ever trusted, there is an unspoken agreement between your hearts.

The agreement goes something like this:

I don't have anyone that I can trust. I don't let people get close to me. I am letting you get close to me. I'm laying down my fears so that you may hold my heart with me, and I may hold yours with you.

We will never do anything to drop these hearts, hurt these hearts, or leave these hearts alone or unsafe.

Betrayal is finding out that your closest council member who has been by your side as you built up a kingdom, is actually plotting your death so their lover can take your spot.

When one is betrayed, they put up a wall around themselves bigger, stronger than ever before. But it's not that wall that hurts them the most, it's the resentment that does.

Think of someone who you (think) you could never forgive. From the day that person betrayed you, and you have decided to never forgive them, you unfortunately included yourself in that un-forgiveness.

Everywhere you look, you are at fault or someone else is at fault. You can never truly love again; you can never truly be happy again. That is until you forgive your enemies and they are equal in your mind as your closest friends. Then the light that shines upon them, points towards you, and frees all your enemies and yourself from this Catch 22 prison you constructed.

How Betrayal Wakes You Up

When you move through betrayal, practice forgiveness to your enemies, see them in the same light as your best friends, and allow this light to absolve you of all your issues or "sins" for a lack of a better word, you instantly become one and the same with how the Creator meant for us to be from the start.

You're unplugged from the false matrix, free from the wires that weighed you down, tripped you, and kept you plugged into something that was actually holding you prisoner.

"Why would I leave? There's a socket right here where I can get all my energy?," people in the false matrix justify. There are completely unaware that just the simple, but not easy, act of forgiveness removes them from the need to rely upon anything else for life and energy.

Forgiveness allows us to become self-sufficient, energy producing machines. And together the energy we radiate towards each other forms a network of love where no one needs anything from anyone to live again. Our network has agency and there's no excess, but just the right amount so we all live needing nothing.

The Purpose of Our Deepest Wounds

There are many people here on earth whose childhoods were so horrific that words fall short in conveyance. If we chose this life before coming here, why would we choose to go through such tragedies that are seemingly crippling?

Because, we want to get enlightened faster. We know this lifetime is valuable, and we want to break the illusion of forgetfulness early so we get to spend the majority of our life awake.

Is it not true that cruel people cling to their self-righteousness their whole life, and only when they're upon their deathbed do they have a change of heart?

That is a greater tragedy to us than anything we went through in childhood. To be asleep your whole life until the last day.

The pain of betrayal is real and devastating. But the prison of resentment is a choice we make every day after. Forgiveness is not for the person who hurt us; it is the key to our own cell. It is the brave act of choosing to unplug, to wake up, and to reclaim the rest of our valuable, enlightened life.

Taking a breath is the new "like"

Have you ever listened to an audio of you talking, or read the transcription?

This was the transcription of an audio I sent my friend.

I never realized how often I say "like." This is nuts. From now on, instead of saying "like," I will pause and take a breath. I know what I'm saying, but I sound like I don't because of how much I'm saying the word "like." Is this another way females dull their stories, themselves, and their experiences? Afraid of sounding well-spoken? Don't want to come off as intense?

Let's rewire this programming and fully come into ourselves, our voice, and our stories.

No more sounding ignorant or hesitant when we're not. No more dimming any parts of ourselves. We dissipate the illusions and come into our true selves by dropping these mannerisms.

God Qualities: Remembering my life purpose

Life is so distracting. There is something within us that remembers why we incarnated to this planet in the first place. We came during this pivotal time- the end of the old age and the birth of the new age- to usher in a higher consciousness for the planet. This is remarkable, mighty work we're doing.

What I most want in life:

I want to help others realize their potentials and help women come into themselves. Heal their psyches. Remove the illusions that keep people asleep. Harmony, creativity, to be seen for who I am. To be cherished, my work to be helpful, inspiring, and acknowledged.

Qualities from an experience that I loved:

Strength, skill, recognition, love, empathy, understanding, intuition, freedom, peace, harmony, things working out, flow, magic, soul, music, consciousness, friendship, respect, being seen, art, cooperation, alliance, working toward a goal, passion

Qualities that were missing during negative events:

Being seen, being safe, supported, beauty, compassion, love, kindness, respect, worth, safe feminine, energy, ability to be who I am and still be wanted, to be myself, wellness, strength, autonomy, freedom, positive authority, positive masculine, protection, wholeness, spirituality, dynamism, God, harmony, mutually loving relationship, family, friends, understanding, wholeness, peace, sovereignty, passion

Life Purpose:

Where these overlap, is my North Star.

This is the formula to remember what we came here to do, to be.

Plastic Gags

When we stop and realize how many decisions were made for us that we just took at face value, it becomes painfully clear: most of us haven’t been in control of our own lives.

Take plastic bags, for example.

When we were kids, we went to the store with our families and were handed our groceries in plastic bags. We didn’t think anything of it. We didn’t invent disposable plastic. We didn’t decide it was worth mass-producing despite knowing it could never organically return to the earth like carbon material. We weren’t the ones who marketed it to businesses as “disposable,” using a word that made it sound harmless; as if you could just toss it and it would magically disappear.

But that word, that choice, shaped entire generations. Billions of people were convinced to go along with it. And here’s the kicker: the people who profited from that reckless decision won’t be the ones around to face the full physical and environmental cost of their choice. We and our children will be cleaning up a mess that we didn't even create. Had it been up to our generation, we probably would've invented some organic material, or stitched our own cute tote bags from fabric. That's what I've been doing and probably many more of our generation too.

This isn’t just about plastic bags. It’s about waking up and realizing how many systems, habits, and “normal” parts of life were decided long before we had a say. Now we’re the ones who have to deal with the consequences. And the worst part is, a lot of these decisions were made with absolutely zero consideration of our generation.

The system can't keep us down if we continue to rise above it.

THE ILLUSION OF REWARDS- excerpt from Awareness by Anthony De Mello

AWARENESS WITHOUT EVALUATING EVERYTHING

[...] This reminds me of this fellow in London after the war. He's sitting with a parcel wrapped in brown paper in his lap; it's a big, heavy object. The bus conductor comes up to him and says, "What do you have on your lap there"? And the man says, "This is an unexploded bomb. We dug it out of the garden and I 'm taking it to the police station". The conductor says, "You don't want to carry that on your lap. Put it under the seat". Psychology and spirituality (as we generally understand it) transfer the bomb from your lap to under your seat. They don't really solve your problems. They exchange your problems for other problems. Has that ever struck you? You had a problem, now you exchange it for another one. It's always going to be that way until we solve the problem called "you."

THE ILLUSION OF REWARDS

Until then, we're going to get nowhere. The great mystics and masters in the East will say, "Who are YOU"? Many think the most important question in the world is: "Who is Jesus Christ"? Wrong! Many think it is: "Does God exist"? Wrong! Many think it is: "Is there a life after death"? Wrong! Nobody seems to be grappling with the problem of: Is there a life BEFORE death?

Yet my experience is that it's precisely the ones who don't know what to do with THIS life who are all hot and bothered about what they are going to do with ANOTHER life. One sign that you're awakened is that you don't give a damn about what's going to happen in the next life. You're not bothered about it; you don't care. You are not interested, period.

Do you know what eternal life is? You think it's everlasting life. But your own theologians will tell you that that is crazy, because everlasting is still within time. It is time perduring forever. Eternal means timeless no time. The human mind cannot understand that. The human mind can understand time and can deny time. What is timeless is beyond our comprehension. Yet the mystics tell us that eternity is right now.

How's that for good news? It is right now. People are so distressed when I tell them to forget their past. They are so proud of their past. Or they are so ashamed of their past. They're crazy! Just drop it! When you hear "Repent for your past", realize it's a great religious distraction from waking up. Wake up! That's what repent means. Not "weep for your sins". Wake up! Understand, stop all the crying, Understand! Wake up!

Thought for Food

Your inner thoughts and narratives build your external reality.

"Thought for food."

What you think creates the next emanation of you. The story you tell about yourself can either empower you or break you.

In other words, are your thoughts nourishing your body, or are they recreating your weakest moments?

Surrender unto me and you will have everything, but try to save yourself and you will have nothing.

Our limited perception cannot save us; the more we struggle, the more we sink. The more we try, the more we lose.

Surrender to God- and remember, God is within you, not a guy in the sky.

Hand the reins over, and enjoy the ride.

The Critical Moment: Recreate your Past or Rise Above it

Every morning when you wake up, you get to choose your reality:

Do you recreate your past, or do you consciously create your future?

Option 1: Yielding to what made you weak yesterday

Option 2: Turning to the God-Power within you

In the first 30 minutes after waking, your mind is in an altered state; your subconscious is wide open. This is when you are most impressionable. What you do in this window sets the emotional tone for your day.

This is the critical angle of attack of your day.

Do you move forward step-by-step, ferociously, choosing long-term gain over short-term pleasure?

Or do you mindlessly take the bait of immediate gratification,  and blow the critical morning moment to make true change in your life?

If you go for the instant hit, sometimes the rest of the day feels like this lingering low-level, constant anxiety and depression, or you're just scatterbrained. And if you're not careful, you'll spiral into compulsive behaviors and get stuck in an instant gratification loop:

Social media. Online shopping. Mindless searching. Compulsive thinking.

This compulsivity is the cornerstone of dissociation and escapism.

If there's a reality you crave but can't seem to reach—
And you keep looping in the same self-defeating cycle—
You must ask why you're still choosing it.

Here’s the truth:

We only do what we believe benefits us.

In other words, the only reason why we choose anything in life is because there is a belief that it benefits us somehow.

So if you're stuck in a destructive habit, don't shame yourself—get curious.

What false belief is this habit serving?

That’s the core lie.

Find it.
Name it out loud.
Tame it with truth.

Once you name the lie, you remove its power.
From there, your new reality begins to form effortlessly.

Most people tend to think they’re chained to their bad habits.

That they have to fight and suffer to break free.
That’s a lie.

Once you're aware of your bad habit, you're no longer controlled by it.

In other words, when you're unaware that it's become a habit, that is when it is actually a habit.

If you've identified your bad habit, but you're still acting on it, you haven't found your core belief. Keep digging, the answer will come to you.

Freedom is found not in resisting the darkness, but in revealing it. Sometimes you have been telling yourself a false narrative for so long, you're not even aware that it exists. Nothing is more freeing than step by step, ferociously, uncovering the lies you've told yourself. What lies are the most detrimental? It's not the lies you tell your partner, your parents, your kids, but the lies you tell yourself are the silent killer.

The ego does this to protect you from harsher truths you're afraid to face.

But fear is a mile wide, and an inch deep.

So every morning, ask yourself:

Will I yield to what made me weak yesterday?

or will I rise with the God-Power within me,

release my illusion of control,

and give my higher mind the reins?

Moving from "Observer" to "Participant

I think as a society we have placed far too much emphasis on entertainment and observation. In our quest for expressing creativity and finding connection with others via movies, stories, and music, we have lost the ability to be an active participant in how life unfolds.
It's one thing to be an observer in this world and point out everything wrong (or
admire everything right!), but it's quite another thing to step down and become a participant.

By participating in this world, we become conscious co-creators of the universe. I think just being an observer takes away from the power we all hold.

"Oh that looks so fun, but that's not for me. That's for people with natural talent." We lie and tell ourselves.

This robs us of why we came to Earth in the first place, to experience physical reality and learn. How can we learn if we're just sitting back and observing? I don't think there's a malevolent force behind this, I just think we would all benefit from going and actually doing the thing we talk about all the time.

Why leave all the fun to someone else? Why not partake and have your own stories to tell, instead of recounting other people's?

And if you're someone who always sees wrong in the world, in politics, why don't you go and stand up for what you believe in for your community and country?

Sure, you might not be the next governor or senator, but at least you're participating in the glory of it all. Maybe then you would have a less sinister opinion on people you see as "others."

This week, I'm doing one thing that I've always wanted to do. I have falsely gotten the feeling that I was actively participating in something virtual. In reality, I was only watching a YouTube video of someone teaching it or actually doing it. What a trickster the digital age has been. So many people getting these pseudo experiences.

So, let's be a part of life again! Let's be active participants!

Scheduling time to feel lonely and overwhelmed

Too much of my life has been wasted unfocused. Overwhelmed with creating a simple plan to execute my daily activities, I have lost precious time that I cannot get back. Often I feel lost, lonely, and anxious.

This is something I mustn't ignore, for suppression can manifest into dis-ease.

I am scheduling time to feel lonely, to be confused about what to do, and to feel anxious. For these 20 minutes, I will let myself feel lost. I will allow the doubts and frustrations to surface—imagining, just for a moment, that I am alone in figuring everything out, that my dreams aren’t naturally unfolding, and that the Universe isn’t guiding me. I will sit with the discomfort of tasks I struggle with, like organizing my home, and explore my confusion without judgment. But once the 20 minutes are up, I will let it go and move forward with my day.

This way, at all times of the day other than my prescribed time to feel lost, I will not entertain negative thoughts and unproductive habits.

This will allow me to create a new habit.

If I make myself a set time to feel all the negative emotions, it will allow me to compartmentalize it and not let it bleed into other critical times of day. The critical times for me are morning, when I am most awake and creative, and evening, when I need to wind myself down and go to sleep early.

When I don't make a set time for negativity, my mornings feel uncertain and uncomfortable, like I'm supposed to be doing something that I can't quite figure out. My evenings, this is when my brain decides to clarify my objectives and at 10 pm all of a sudden I remember everything I needed to do. However, by this time, I should be in bed asleep.

I hope this exercise becomes a habit that empowers me to reach my fullest potential. As I learn to trust myself, my reasoning, and my actions fully, I know this framework will serve as the structural foundation of my go-to system for progress and peace.

Life is like a Fridge

If you eliminate the toxic substance that is harming your body, it has the ability to heal itself. It's much more resilient than you think.

However, if you fail to remove the toxins from your body and environment (such as unhealthy foods, metals, medications, nicotine, alcohol, energy pollution, negative self-talk, individuals who do not align with your values, and so on), regardless of the amount of positivity you practice, your body will not be able to benefit from these efforts.

If you read self help books, take vitamins and supplements, and exercise daily, and you still have not bounced back to your joyous, happy state, it is time to clean out your fridge...metaphorically speaking.

How is life like a fridge? Well, it's akin to having a refrigerator full of expired goods. You cannot eat the goods, for they are expired and are no good anymore to consume, and you can't put good fresh foods in there because it is too full.

You must discard the expired food to be able to bring new groceries in.

You may say, "I don't want to do that, just thinking about it bores me." So you procrastinate cleaning it out, and rationalize by buying non-perishables, food that isn't the best for you, food that you can put in your cupboard.

You're already on a trajectory towards an unhealthier life, but now you're getting bored. Your fridge is still full, it's taking up space in your mind and stressing you out when you think about it. To avoid thinking about it, you ask the universe to give you something exciting to do.

The universe brought you something you once absolutely loved to do; however. by now you are too unwell to embrace it. All because you didn't take the time to clear your fridge of the perished food.

You went shopping, filling your cart with healthy groceries to nourish yourself. But alas, you cannot refrigerate them, so you could only fill yourself up with a single serving of good food.

You tried to nourish yourself, but there was no space for the good to take root. And so, once again, you feel sick. Not because you didn’t try—but because you never made room for new things.

In other words, you must dispel and leave behind any habits that are not serving you. Even the ones that seem like they're harmless for now. Especially the ones that seem too insignificant to change; you could get stuck somewhere that's bad, but not painful enough to change.

If you ever catch yourself thinking, "it's not doing me any harm yet," followed by a "I'm going to have to do something about that one day," that bad feeling, that's your higher self giving you a sign to change something,

Do something now. Your brain forms new neural pathways (critical higher-thinking connections) every time you do something that you don't want to.

The second you clear out the things that no longer serve you, you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner.

Words of Wisdom

You overthink, because you don't write

You're anxious, because you don't act

You procrastinate, because you don't have a plan

You stress, because you don't train

You lack clarity, because you don't journal

You feel lost, because you have not searched for your purpose

You seek validation, because you haven't found it within yourself

You feel overwhelmed, because you try to control what's beyond your reach.

All your problems have a solution- you just need the courage to take the first step

How to Apply this to my Life

You overthink, because you don't write

I used to overthink so much, to a point where it was crippling. When you are trying to remember everything you need to do, instead of simply writing it down in a calendar, your brain has so much sensory overload that it cannot possibly have any room left for thinking power. Write things down. Write everyday, write about anything, and everything. The best part is, after you sleep, your brain and conscious mind gets downloads from your spirit guides and higher self. Sleep is the equivalent of updating software on your computer, and needing to restart it before it can be used. You can download all the information you want, but until you sleep, it's no good. It just takes up space in your conscious mind and congests an already overloaded system.

You're anxious, because you don't act

Nothing, and I mean nothing is worse than feeling powerless, not being able to speak up (act), thus making you more anxious, thus making you more unable to speak. I have always felt like there were two of me, the one who could act, boldly, bravely, and speak my mind, and the other that couldn't even walk around with my head held high because I genuinely thought other people were looking at me and talking bad about me. In 8th grade, I was assaulted by three boys, and the whole school found out about it. No protocols were taken, no therapy, I just carried the shame of what happened to me. It festered and turned into full blown anxiety and self-imposed powerlessness that I could not seem to shake off. This turned into low self worth at a young age. Before I had even become an adult, my life had been significantly altered.

Today, gratefully, I stand up for myself. I made a promise to myself that when my intuition says something is off, with anyone or anything, I must do something about it and immediately. I cannot let myself freeze again or get manipulated back into something I don't want for myself.

You procrastinate, because you don't have a plan

Oof! This one I needed to hear. I always procrastinate. For the first time in my life, I actually am giving myself the time I need and deserve to work on my projects and study for tests. I was so used to waiting until the last minute. It seemed like that was the only way I would have motivation to complete whatever project. But this was a fallacy at best- a self sabotage at worst.
Motivation does not come before action. Action comes before motivation.

A plan is a way to strategize a desired outcome. Every time I had waited until the last minute (which was literally every single test and assignment ever), I never turned in my best work and I never got my best grade. I sold myself short. I currently struggle with this. I have so much I'm balancing. My life purpose is to create lasting change for this planet, and to do so, I need to have a plan. The people who changed the world made decisions quickly and changed their minds slowly because they had a clear set of values guiding them. This made making decisions more binary and less ambiguous. When faced with a crucial dilemma, they referred back to their plan for guidance.

I will create a system for myself in which I clarify my values and create an elegant and uncomplicated process. A rule of thumb. With this system in place, I will do only what I need to do and nothing more. I will give all my attention to what is truly important.

There is a saying that has changed my life:

Easy is right.

There is no need to overcomplicate things and make them harder than they need to be. Often, the easiest way, the one where Devine Guidance flows through me, is the right way. Sometimes I just need to get out of my own way. The only limitations I’ve ever had were the ones I placed on myself.

You stress, because you don't train

Stress is a natural response to uncertainty, but training—whether it’s physical exercise, meditation, mental discipline, or even just sticking to a routine—can transform stress into something manageable. For me, training means committing to a process. When I was younger, I let stress rule me; I didn't have a method to handle it, so it consumed me. Now, I train myself daily—not just in fitness, but in emotional resilience. I train my mind through journaling, my body through movement, and my emotions through conscious awareness. Training is the difference between feeling out of control and knowing you have the tools to handle whatever comes your way.

You lack clarity, because you don't journal

Journaling is the most important thing I do to gain clarity, not just on my future, but on my past too. It helps me see how far I've come. It allows me to piece together things that I couldn't see in my mind's eye. It also helps me to process traumas. Until it’s written in my journal, it lingers in my mind, taking up space and draining my energy. Journaling is my tool for untangling past pain and making space for clarity. Without it, old wounds linger, weighing me down emotionally and even physically. But when I write, I release. I create space—not just in my mind, but in my energy field—for healing, alignment, and Divine flow.

To keep my chakras aligned and be a true channel for Divine flow, I must create as many opportunities as possible for it to move through me. Journaling is one of the most powerful ways I allow clarity and healing to flow through me.

You feel lost, because you have not searched for your purpose

Purpose isn’t something that simply appears—it’s something you uncover, layer by layer. I used to wander through life feeling disconnected, unsure why I was here or what I was meant to do. But the truth is, purpose doesn’t reveal itself all at once. It whispers. It leaves breadcrumbs. It asks you to seek it out. The more I searched, the more I realized that my purpose wasn’t something outside of me—it was something I had to create, something I had to become. Every time I followed what truly lit me up inside, my passion, I found another piece of the puzzle. And with each piece, I felt a little less lost.

You seek validation, because you haven't found it within yourself.

For so long, I searched for approval in the eyes of others. I thought if I could just prove myself—if I could be successful enough, beautiful enough, talented enough—then maybe I would finally feel worthy. But no amount of praise or recognition could fill the void inside me. The moment the applause faded, I was left with the same question: Do I believe in myself? The truth is, external validation is fleeting, but self-acceptance is unshakable.

There will always be someone prettier than you, smarter than you, and more talented than you- but no one will be you.

This quote changed my life. It gave me permission to not have to be the "best" and be okay with that. I met myself where I was, embraced what lit me up, and regained the energy that was lost comparing myself to others.

You feel overwhelmed, because you try to control what’s beyond your reach.

There is so much in this life that I cannot control—people, circumstances, outcomes. But for years, I tried anyway. I exhausted myself micromanaging every detail, believing that if I just held on tightly enough, I could force things to go my way. But control is an illusion.

The universe always has your back.

I’ll say it again: the universe always has your best interest at heart, always guiding you toward your highest growth. Some of the things beyond my control were deeply painful—even heinous abuses. But they didn’t happen to me; they happened for me.

The moment I let go, everything shifted. I realized that my power lies not in controlling the world, but in controlling my response to it. Surrendering isn’t weakness—it’s trust. And trust brings peace.

All your problems have a solution—you just need the courage to take the first step.

Every road to change begins with a single step. Sometimes that step is terrifying. Sometimes it’s messy, uncertain, full of doubt. But movement creates momentum. And momentum creates transformation. I spent years waiting—waiting for clarity, for confidence, for the “right” time. But the right time never comes. The only time is now. The moment I stopped waiting and started doing, I realized that the path wasn’t as scary as I thought. The solutions I had been searching for weren’t ahead of me; they had been inside me all along. I just needed the courage to begin.

Using Quantum Thinking to your Advantage

There is a parallel universe in which you made all the right

choices. It is the universe in which you took responsibility for learning how to process your emotions, adjusted to change, and nurtured yourself. In this universe, you learned how to be confident, assertive, and you learned what you want and how to vocalize it. You took diligent care in getting to know your fears and objectively reflected upon which of your biological needs weren’t met. Fearlessly, you rebuilt your life- starting with fundamental necessities (warmth, love, touch, connection, food, water). With a good foundation in place, you faced your problems head on. In this universe, you grew at a healthy, even rate and created coping skills, interpersonal skills, and positive habits.

This is the version of reality where your life is filled with meaning, you are always in flow, and you are satisfied. You are abundant, giving, self-healing, and perceptive. Your intuition guides you, you never are caught off guard, and you are not even phased by the largest of obstacles.

That parallel universe, that version of you, exists. It has always existed, right here,

right now, on top of the reality you’re presently operating in. That version of you, the best version, the strongest, most well-adapted, happiest, wisest version of you exists. To tap into this version of yourself, you need to realize that your current actions are the key to “catching up” with the ideal version of you in the quantum field. Once you start thinking with your best self's mind, you will start to produce results that reflect your ideal reality.

Every moment presents you with a choice: continue the cycle of negative actions that lead to pain, discomfort, and isolation, or take the actions that will propel you towards your desired reality. The choice is yours, and it is always within your power to choose actions that align with your best self. When your actions, energy, and mindset are in harmony with your ideal version of reality, you sync up with the best possible outcome. This is where true transformation happens — where the ideal version of you becomes your lived reality. By embracing this quantum perspective, you open the door to a future filled with growth, healing, and abundance.

Start today. The parallel universe where your best self thrives is within reach — and it’s waiting for you to step into it.
