Bio

My mission is to give a voice to the younger version of myself who lacked one. My art and writing rise from a deep remembering of the Wild Woman—the ancient, untamed self carried in every woman’s blood and bone. It is a nostalgic, pulsing longing to return to the moss and the wind, a call our society has forgotten.

Despite the domestication of women over the last few centuries, we have always been sensual, visceral, and intuitive. I create from pain as much as I do from love. As a multidisciplinary creator, I also sell real estate because it fulfills me to help others accomplish their goals. The best way for me to build a stable foundation to support my future family is to help others build theirs.

I actively work to heal the generational trauma that kept my female ancestors small. I fly planes to conquer my fear of heights, and to prove to the younger version of myself that older me can do anything I put my mind to.

For years, I played small. But I realized that the suppression of expression causes depression. This blog and portfolio are both an homage to my climb back up from the underworld, and a live unfolding of what it means to be human. I write poems about beauty, strange things, and the juxtaposition of darkness and light.

I create so others may see themselves. My work is an open space for those who once danced barefoot through fire and now move through boardrooms, flight paths, and grocery store aisles with that same primal grace. My photographs, paintings, and writing offer a singular myth to the modern world: the wild woman never vanishes when we put on shoes or uniforms. She simply waits to be remembered, welcomed by the woman we have become.
