Find Your Passion

 Find Your Passion

I love Darryl Anka and his channeling of Bashar. This session particularly struck me.

Bashar is a higher version of himself from another galaxy.

If you're thinking, that seems incredibly woo woo- so did I, at first. It would irritate me when I saw previews for it online. My ego made up so many stories about Darryl and I judged him based upon the false narratives I created in my head. After growing weary of being irritated by trivial matters, I finally decided to actually watch one of his channel sessions.

The information that comes through him speaks to me and probably every single human on this planet. It is such light and truth, that it wouldn't even matter if the made the whole thing up.

Take a look, experience it for yourself.

Ashe.

Thank you Religion, Farewell

 Part I.

Thank you Religion,

You built a foundation

On which

We understand God

Thanks to you

You were brought to us

From the cosmos

In a time of

darkness and despair

We were brought Great Teachers

of Love and Kindness

so that no man

East to West

may be in darkness

Thank you Religion,

Farewell to your division

of the people

 across the world

Thank you Religion,

Farewell

You did us well

A primer, A beginning

A shift to a new paradigm

Let us not crumble like

Atlantis or Mu

Let's stop being self-conscious

And do what God Consciousness

wants us to do

Part II.

We are to find our personal power-

to show others how to empower themselves.

I have learned my life purpose-

    to live fearlessly, boldly,

Shine so bright for others

They illuminate themselves from within

I am to live fearlessly, confidently, radiating goodness to all

Who came before me and after

And the ones

Who are shy,

Who don't have friends in class,

To them, I am kindest

I make them feel a part of

Because I remember what it was like

not having a voice of my own

and longing so badly for human connection

I was powerless over the curse

of self-consciousness

Until I worked through my pain

and could speak again.

Create Beyond Fame: Your Art’s Future Impact

Think of the artists and writers whose revolutionary works became iconic only after their deaths.

Their creations were often unseen, unappreciated, or dismissed—yet they kept creating despite the lack of recognition. Unbeknownst to them, their productions have become profound staples of human history. We revere them as geniuses today, but during their lifetime, that wasn't their driving factor.
Passion, with a capital P, drove them.

Imagine if they had given up when their art didn’t bring fame or wealth.

If they had doubted themselves, and stopped creating, we wouldn’t have the profound, intelligent works that continue to inspire us today.

We all crave appreciation, but if it's not given to us, we mustn't stop creating.

Think about this the next time you want to give up on creating something because it's not "getting you" rich or famous. Think about this when doubt creeps in. Doubt is the killer of self expression.

Those who repress self-expression, become depressed.

Every creation matters. Every creation is a roadmap into a part of the Creator's conscious that is expressed as an individual. We are God expressing itself in diversity.

Your work might be a profound piece of intelligence for the future, something you can’t yet imagine.

Create art. Write stories. Document your growth, your change, your epiphanies, your inspiration...
for yourself and for the evolution of humanity.

Create because your ideas are unique and your perspective irreplaceable.

Create because your art could shape the future in ways you can’t yet see.

Scheduling time to feel lonely and overwhelmed

Too much of my life has been wasted unfocused. Overwhelmed with creating a simple plan to execute my daily activities, I have lost precious time that I cannot get back. Often I feel lost, lonely, and anxious.

This is something I mustn't ignore, for suppression can manifest into dis-ease.

I am scheduling time to feel lonely, to be confused about what to do, and to feel anxious. For these 20 minutes, I will let myself feel lost. I will allow the doubts and frustrations to surface—imagining, just for a moment, that I am alone in figuring everything out, that my dreams aren’t naturally unfolding, and that the Universe isn’t guiding me. I will sit with the discomfort of tasks I struggle with, like organizing my home, and explore my confusion without judgment. But once the 20 minutes are up, I will let it go and move forward with my day.

This way, at all times of the day other than my prescribed time to feel lost, I will not entertain negative thoughts and unproductive habits.

This will allow me to create a new habit.

If I make myself a set time to feel all the negative emotions, it will allow me to compartmentalize it and not let it bleed into other critical times of day. The critical times for me are morning, when I am most awake and creative, and evening, when I need to wind myself down and go to sleep early.

When I don't make a set time for negativity, my mornings feel uncertain and uncomfortable, like I'm supposed to be doing something that I can't quite figure out. My evenings, this is when my brain decides to clarify my objectives and at 10 pm all of a sudden I remember everything I needed to do. However, by this time, I should be in bed asleep.

I hope this exercise becomes a habit that empowers me to reach my fullest potential. As I learn to trust myself, my reasoning, and my actions fully, I know this framework will serve as the structural foundation of my go-to system for progress and peace.

Life is like a Fridge

If you eliminate the toxic substance that is harming your body, it has the ability to heal itself. It's much more resilient than you think.

However, if you fail to remove the toxins from your body and environment (such as unhealthy foods, metals, medications, nicotine, alcohol, energy pollution, negative self-talk, individuals who do not align with your values, and so on), regardless of the amount of positivity you practice, your body will not be able to benefit from these efforts.

If you read self help books, take vitamins and supplements, and exercise daily, and you still have not bounced back to your joyous, happy state, it is time to clean out your fridge...metaphorically speaking.

How is life like a fridge? Well, it's akin to having a refrigerator full of expired goods. You cannot eat the goods, for they are expired and are no good anymore to consume, and you can't put good fresh foods in there because it is too full.

You must discard the expired food to be able to bring new groceries in.

You may say, "I don't want to do that, just thinking about it bores me." So you procrastinate cleaning it out, and rationalize by buying non-perishables, food that isn't the best for you, food that you can put in your cupboard.

You're already on a trajectory towards an unhealthier life, but now you're getting bored. Your fridge is still full, it's taking up space in your mind and stressing you out when you think about it. To avoid thinking about it, you ask the universe to give you something exciting to do.

The universe brought you something you once absolutely loved to do; however. by now you are too unwell to embrace it. All because you didn't take the time to clear your fridge of the perished food.

You went shopping, filling your cart with healthy groceries to nourish yourself. But alas, you cannot refrigerate them, so you could only fill yourself up with a single serving of good food.

You tried to nourish yourself, but there was no space for the good to take root. And so, once again, you feel sick. Not because you didn’t try—but because you never made room for new things.

In other words, you must dispel and leave behind any habits that are not serving you. Even the ones that seem like they're harmless for now. Especially the ones that seem too insignificant to change; you could get stuck somewhere that's bad, but not painful enough to change.

If you ever catch yourself thinking, "it's not doing me any harm yet," followed by a "I'm going to have to do something about that one day," that bad feeling, that's your higher self giving you a sign to change something,

Do something now. Your brain forms new neural pathways (critical higher-thinking connections) every time you do something that you don't want to.

The second you clear out the things that no longer serve you, you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner.

Words of Wisdom

You overthink, because you don't write

You're anxious, because you don't act

You procrastinate, because you don't have a plan

You stress, because you don't train

You lack clarity, because you don't journal

You feel lost, because you have not searched for your purpose

You seek validation, because you haven't found it within yourself

You feel overwhelmed, because you try to control what's beyond your reach.

All your problems have a solution- you just need the courage to take the first step

How to Apply this to my Life

You overthink, because you don't write

I used to overthink so much, to a point where it was crippling. When you are trying to remember everything you need to do, instead of simply writing it down in a calendar, your brain has so much sensory overload that it cannot possibly have any room left for thinking power. Write things down. Write everyday, write about anything, and everything. The best part is, after you sleep, your brain and conscious mind gets downloads from your spirit guides and higher self. Sleep is the equivalent of updating software on your computer, and needing to restart it before it can be used. You can download all the information you want, but until you sleep, it's no good. It just takes up space in your conscious mind and congests an already overloaded system.

You're anxious, because you don't act

Nothing, and I mean nothing is worse than feeling powerless, not being able to speak up (act), thus making you more anxious, thus making you more unable to speak. I have always felt like there were two of me, the one who could act, boldly, bravely, and speak my mind, and the other that couldn't even walk around with my head held high because I genuinely thought other people were looking at me and talking bad about me. In 8th grade, I was assaulted by three boys, and the whole school found out about it. No protocols were taken, no therapy, I just carried the shame of what happened to me. It festered and turned into full blown anxiety and self-imposed powerlessness that I could not seem to shake off. This turned into low self worth at a young age. Before I had even become an adult, my life had been significantly altered.

Today, gratefully, I stand up for myself. I made a promise to myself that when my intuition says something is off, with anyone or anything, I must do something about it and immediately. I cannot let myself freeze again or get manipulated back into something I don't want for myself.

You procrastinate, because you don't have a plan

Oof! This one I needed to hear. I always procrastinate. For the first time in my life, I actually am giving myself the time I need and deserve to work on my projects and study for tests. I was so used to waiting until the last minute. It seemed like that was the only way I would have motivation to complete whatever project. But this was a fallacy at best- a self sabotage at worst.
Motivation does not come before action. Action comes before motivation.

A plan is a way to strategize a desired outcome. Every time I had waited until the last minute (which was literally every single test and assignment ever), I never turned in my best work and I never got my best grade. I sold myself short. I currently struggle with this. I have so much I'm balancing. My life purpose is to create lasting change for this planet, and to do so, I need to have a plan. The people who changed the world made decisions quickly and changed their minds slowly because they had a clear set of values guiding them. This made making decisions more binary and less ambiguous. When faced with a crucial dilemma, they referred back to their plan for guidance.

I will create a system for myself in which I clarify my values and create an elegant and uncomplicated process. A rule of thumb. With this system in place, I will do only what I need to do and nothing more. I will give all my attention to what is truly important.

There is a saying that has changed my life:

Easy is right.

There is no need to overcomplicate things and make them harder than they need to be. Often, the easiest way, the one where Devine Guidance flows through me, is the right way. Sometimes I just need to get out of my own way. The only limitations I’ve ever had were the ones I placed on myself.

You stress, because you don't train

Stress is a natural response to uncertainty, but training—whether it’s physical exercise, meditation, mental discipline, or even just sticking to a routine—can transform stress into something manageable. For me, training means committing to a process. When I was younger, I let stress rule me; I didn't have a method to handle it, so it consumed me. Now, I train myself daily—not just in fitness, but in emotional resilience. I train my mind through journaling, my body through movement, and my emotions through conscious awareness. Training is the difference between feeling out of control and knowing you have the tools to handle whatever comes your way.

You lack clarity, because you don't journal

Journaling is the most important thing I do to gain clarity, not just on my future, but on my past too. It helps me see how far I've come. It allows me to piece together things that I couldn't see in my mind's eye. It also helps me to process traumas. Until it’s written in my journal, it lingers in my mind, taking up space and draining my energy. Journaling is my tool for untangling past pain and making space for clarity. Without it, old wounds linger, weighing me down emotionally and even physically. But when I write, I release. I create space—not just in my mind, but in my energy field—for healing, alignment, and Divine flow.

To keep my chakras aligned and be a true channel for Divine flow, I must create as many opportunities as possible for it to move through me. Journaling is one of the most powerful ways I allow clarity and healing to flow through me.

You feel lost, because you have not searched for your purpose

Purpose isn’t something that simply appears—it’s something you uncover, layer by layer. I used to wander through life feeling disconnected, unsure why I was here or what I was meant to do. But the truth is, purpose doesn’t reveal itself all at once. It whispers. It leaves breadcrumbs. It asks you to seek it out. The more I searched, the more I realized that my purpose wasn’t something outside of me—it was something I had to create, something I had to become. Every time I followed what truly lit me up inside, my passion, I found another piece of the puzzle. And with each piece, I felt a little less lost.

You seek validation, because you haven't found it within yourself.

For so long, I searched for approval in the eyes of others. I thought if I could just prove myself—if I could be successful enough, beautiful enough, talented enough—then maybe I would finally feel worthy. But no amount of praise or recognition could fill the void inside me. The moment the applause faded, I was left with the same question: Do I believe in myself? The truth is, external validation is fleeting, but self-acceptance is unshakable.

There will always be someone prettier than you, smarter than you, and more talented than you- but no one will be you.

This quote changed my life. It gave me permission to not have to be the "best" and be okay with that. I met myself where I was, embraced what lit me up, and regained the energy that was lost comparing myself to others.

You feel overwhelmed, because you try to control what’s beyond your reach.

There is so much in this life that I cannot control—people, circumstances, outcomes. But for years, I tried anyway. I exhausted myself micromanaging every detail, believing that if I just held on tightly enough, I could force things to go my way. But control is an illusion.

The universe always has your back.

I’ll say it again: the universe always has your best interest at heart, always guiding you toward your highest growth. Some of the things beyond my control were deeply painful—even heinous abuses. But they didn’t happen to me; they happened for me.

The moment I let go, everything shifted. I realized that my power lies not in controlling the world, but in controlling my response to it. Surrendering isn’t weakness—it’s trust. And trust brings peace.

All your problems have a solution—you just need the courage to take the first step.

Every road to change begins with a single step. Sometimes that step is terrifying. Sometimes it’s messy, uncertain, full of doubt. But movement creates momentum. And momentum creates transformation. I spent years waiting—waiting for clarity, for confidence, for the “right” time. But the right time never comes. The only time is now. The moment I stopped waiting and started doing, I realized that the path wasn’t as scary as I thought. The solutions I had been searching for weren’t ahead of me; they had been inside me all along. I just needed the courage to begin.

Inner Child Poem

Inner Child

by

Hannah Janicke

I am raising my inner child.
Protecting her, encouraging her,
Guiding her on her journey.

I take her to the bay
Where my father once took me.
Together, we rediscover the magic
Of a world I fell in love with.

I give her the attention she needs,
And together, we elevate humanity.

We face our fears with grace,
And seek majesty—not by force,
But through love that flows endlessly.

Using Quantum Thinking to your Advantage

There is a parallel universe in which you made all the right

choices. It is the universe in which you took responsibility for learning how to process your emotions, adjusted to change, and nurtured yourself. In this universe, you learned how to be confident, assertive, and you learned what you want and how to vocalize it. You took diligent care in getting to know your fears and objectively reflected upon which of your biological needs weren’t met. Fearlessly, you rebuilt your life- starting with fundamental necessities (warmth, love, touch, connection, food, water). With a good foundation in place, you faced your problems head on. In this universe, you grew at a healthy, even rate and created coping skills, interpersonal skills, and positive habits.

This is the version of reality where your life is filled with meaning, you are always in flow, and you are satisfied. You are abundant, giving, self-healing, and perceptive. Your intuition guides you, you never are caught off guard, and you are not even phased by the largest of obstacles.

That parallel universe, that version of you, exists. It has always existed, right here,

right now, on top of the reality you’re presently operating in. That version of you, the best version, the strongest, most well-adapted, happiest, wisest version of you exists. To tap into this version of yourself, you need to realize that your current actions are the key to “catching up” with the ideal version of you in the quantum field. Once you start thinking with your best self's mind, you will start to produce results that reflect your ideal reality.

Every moment presents you with a choice: continue the cycle of negative actions that lead to pain, discomfort, and isolation, or take the actions that will propel you towards your desired reality. The choice is yours, and it is always within your power to choose actions that align with your best self. When your actions, energy, and mindset are in harmony with your ideal version of reality, you sync up with the best possible outcome. This is where true transformation happens — where the ideal version of you becomes your lived reality. By embracing this quantum perspective, you open the door to a future filled with growth, healing, and abundance.

Start today. The parallel universe where your best self thrives is within reach — and it’s waiting for you to step into it.
