Smudging actually kills airborne pathogens

This is taken from Gardiningsoul.com. "The Science of Smudging: What Sage Does to Bacteria Recent research suggests that there may indeed be scientific evidence to support the idea that smudging can help purify the air. One study, published in the  Journal of Ethnopharmacology  in 2007, examined the effects of burning medicinal herbs, including sage, on airborne bacteria. The Study: Air Purification with Medicinal Herbs The research study, led by Dr. Narendra Singh and his team, investigated the antimicrobial potential of burning traditional medicinal herbs. The researchers wanted to determine whether the smoke from these herbs, including sage, could actually reduce the number of airborne bacteria and other pathogens. Key Findings : The study found that burning medicinal herbs like sage significantly reduced the number of airborne bacteria. In fact, the smoke from the herbs eliminated up to 94% of airborne bacteria in a closed space within just one hour. What’s even mor...

Epiphanies (Updated Regularly)

Fear and need are the cornerstone of dependency.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ's) should always be checked out. Inside are questions that you may not even know to ask. You don't know what you don't know. This especially applies when planning solo trips, camping, traveling, etc.

If you feel you are lacking something in this world, you must give it. For example, if you go to the beach every morning, and you feel like no one says hi to you or acknowledges you, you must say hi and acknowledge others. If you feel you are lacking love in your life, you must give love. If you feel you don't have respect in your place of work, you must give respect. Do not let cracks in your energy field allow negativity to set in.

The people you see that are always welcoming and kind to everyone may not have naturally been like that. Some have had to work hard at being a kind person. Do not think where you lack that other's have been blessed since birth. This is a fallacy that creates a barrier where there is none. Everything you want to be is attainable by conscious choice and awareness.

If you're looking for a partner who is like you in every way, who has the same maturity, ideals, and tastes as you, and every single person you meet fails these expectations, you're not looking for someone outside of you. You're looking for yourself. It's time to face your inner demons, reconcile with the feminine that you abandoned for the sake of appeasing the masculine, and be still with yourself. Again, you are looking for yourself.

Men are taught to apologize for feeling. Women are taught to apologize for shining.

If someone was really truly following their dreams, they would never insult or belittle you. Because someone accomplishing their life goals would know how difficult the journey is. If someone's insulting you, that's a major red flag that they're not what they pretend to be.

Scenario:

I'm angry about ways I felt neglected by my parents growing up.

Who has the problem? Where does the issue lie?

It lies with me. I have the anger. My parents don't have the anger. My parents aren't even thinking about 20 years ago. When you understand that your negative emotions come from you and you only, it's liberating. You're no longer living from the victim mindset- the most disempowering lens to view life with. By becoming aware- and just that and nothing else- not judging, not idealizing how you should be, or what you should be doing next, you release yourself from the bondage of the illusion that other people can affect you. You've been maintaining this illusion at the cost of your personal power and freedom.

Governments: Communist, Republic, Nationalist, etc. are only as good as the hearts of those using them. Likewise: Demons, Fairies, Ghosts are only as good or evil as those labeling them.  You can branch this off into any topic: Whites, Blacks, Chinese are only as good/bad as the people labeling them. When you label things, it gives a great insight into your heart, and says nothing about the thing you're labeling.

If you feel tired, dense, and lethargic today, there's a 10/10 chance you'll feel good tomorrow. Don't put too much thought into it- you're not stuck like that forever. Similarly, if you feel good today and don't move your body to maintain your strength, you'll almost certainly feel dense and lethargic tomorrow.

Don't confuse being sedentary with happiness.

If you're annoyed with your customers, you're not charging them enough. Be careful- the universe might be listening, and assume that's what you value your work to be.

Never underestimate the satisfaction and rejuvenation a shower will bring you. And a bath is twice as good.

There are more words in the English dictionary that describe negative things than there are words that describe positive things. We should be praising the youth for coming up with positive words like dank, dope, woke, good vibes, etc. - not shaming them.

Yeshua (Jesus) didn't die on the cross for our sins. I believe we were told a lie that all we have to do is believe in him (and do nothing else) to be "saved." This perpetuates the false matrix. This is what I believe: The Christ- the higher way of being/ the Truth- who was persecuted, killed, and reborn is a metaphorical representation for us to emanate during the current splitting of timelines and end of the false matrix. It is our call to be like Christ. Those perpetuating the false matrix will attack our rising consciousness, our truth, our higher way of being. We will be attacked by those holding the lower frequency of fear, anger, and density. They may even kill us (Charlie Kirk). Yet we rise again- ushering in a new way of life with love. Yeshua's life, death, and rebirth shows us how to recognize, on a macrocosm- the death of the old era- and on a microcosm- the death of your old self: bad habits, self-loathing, illusions, etc. And to be reborn again with even higher light, love, and consciousness.

When you realize that all of your problems come from you and your ego- sometimes in overt ways, sometimes in covert ways- it liberates you. If your ego causes all your issues, and no one else is to blame, that means no one else will save you. It shifts the power dynamic back where it belongs- to you.

We're not scared of the unknown. If we were, it would make reading a novel a harrowing experience- not a relaxing one. Our ego doesn't like not knowing what to do next, so it creates a wall of fear in front of you. However, the wall is holographic; you can walk right through effortlessly and unscathed.

Don't mistake anger for passion. Don't mistake anger for caring. Anger debilitates us from seeing the situation in an unbiased way. We can't take the next right action if we're emotional about it. Contrary to how it sounds, learning to stay unemotional in times when justice is needed actually makes you more capable to help the situation. The less emotionally polarized you are, the more compassionate you can be to help your fellow man.

If you don't currently have any good ideas, it's because you didn't take your previous good idea as far as it needs to go.

Messy environments and looking disheveled zaps your energy.

It take a lot less effort to put in the work to be hot (for example: exercising, wearing clothes you feel attractive in,  having good posture),  than to spend every day self-loathing.

Anyone who makes you breathe deeper is a good person to have around you. Likewise, anyone you breathe shallow around shouldn't be kept closely in your life.

The world is sick from the widespread use of "or," a word designed to create halves of us. It teaches a man he must be masculine or gentle, and a woman that she must be feminine or a badass, creating the illusion that one cannot be both. When we replace our "or's" with "and's," we step into our wholeness. I am masculine and feminine. Embrace the entire spectrum.  You'll stop looking outside of yourself to fill a void that was partitioned off by a false choice.

If you look for things to be in awe of and expect radical epiphanies, you'll experience a whole lot more of them. On the flip side, if you look for things to be afraid of and expect tragedy, you'll find many things to be afraid of and justify your fear from your past experiences.

Cheating in school shouldn't even be a thing. What does the phenomenon of cheating tell us? That there is a gap in both the subjects taught and what's expected of students. Have we misled students into believing that passing the test is the most important aspect of learning? If the teachers fundamentally miss the point of learning, then punish the students who believed that passing a test is all that matters, it's a flaw in the system.

When you observe negative phenomena, it reveals where there is a gap in the society as a whole. Things become obscured to us when we're surrounded by it everyday without questioning it. For every negative thing, war, murder, crime, ask, "Where is the gap in the thinking that caused this to even happen?" You'll typically find it in systems from the previous times that have not been questioned, just taken at face value and perpetuated.

When a woman says she has a spiritual problem, she actually has a sexual problem. Likewise, when she says she has a sexual problem, she really has a spiritual problem. In keeping with this line of thought, if addiction is quote, a "spiritual malady," what does that say about addiction?

The only energy that vibrates higher than love is authenticity.

With everything you do and think, ask yourself, “Does this make me feel contracted or expanded?” Things that make you feel smaller have no place in your life anymore, even if they previously held significance.

Give a woman clothes, and she has one good outfit. Teach a woman how to make clothes, and she has good outfits for her and her children's entire lives.

Limitations set you free.

Boredom is a disconnection from the self.

A weak woman tries to do it all herself. A strong woman knows when to ask for help. And a wise woman delegates.

It's much harder to abandon your inspired idea and continue going on doing what you have been doing, than it is to allow the idea to be birthed through you. The idea wants to come through; you just happen to be the vessel. And the more you fight it and try to keep it unborn, the more it will haunt you and torment you until you bring it to life.

The rapture that the Bible speaks of has been grossly misinterpreted. The rapture is actually the splitting of the timelines. Those who are of the "kingdom of God" are those who are on the higher timeline. The higher timeline consists of light workers, people who consciously choose courage over fear, practice acceptance, and choose to be a co-creator of their life. People on the lower timeline are those who need more time to grow out of old habits and who project their issues from a place of insecurity, rather than being aware of themselves. One is not better than the other. Those "left behind" in the lower timeline just need more time to learn the lessons their soul needs to evolve.

Not everyone will like me. But not everyone will hate me either.

I consciously choose love over fear 10/10 times. I integrate both my masculine and feminine qualities, always supporting others to feel empowered in both of these energies, too.

Insecurity births all evils in the world.
