Lighting is the most important thing in a home. It can make an interior feel fluid, warm and luxurious, or leave it flat, drab and just off. Based in Long Beach, I design lighting for homes across Los Angeles and Orange County. As a real estate agent, I also know how much the right light changes the way a home feels, and sells.

What I do
Walkthroughs
I walk every room with you and mark exactly where each junction box and fixture goes, and at what height.
Light at every level
High, medium and low light in every room, so the space glows from every level of sight instead of glaring from the ceiling.
Color temperature
One consistent Kelvin through the house, warm or cool, chosen to match the architecture and the feel of the home.
Handmade fixtures
Mostly handmade and artist-made, high-end pieces in a variety of textures, matched to the finishes already in your home.
Art lighting
As a painter, I light artwork the way it deserves: accurate color, no glare, and a little drama.
Works with your team
I design; your licensed electrician or contractor installs. The plan is clear enough for them to build it right.

Recent project · San Clemente
For a home in San Clemente, I walked through every room with the owners, mapped where each junction box should go, set the color temperature for the whole house, and layered light at every level of sight: high, medium and low. The fixtures are mostly handmade and artist-made, chosen for their texture and matched to the home’s finishes. Installed photos are coming soon.
