The Life of A Woman

Initiation 
is finally over;
A light where darkness was.

The life of a woman 

is immensely cyclical

We may die many deaths 
but if our flesh and bones
take its last breath,
it is the creations we birthed
that guide people home.

Just like the lineage 
of female warriors before me,
what I leave behind 
will never be lost;
Eternal life has 

always been ours.
